Delete Your Lumo Bites Account

To request deletion of your Lumo Bites account and associated data, please email info@lumobitespet.com from your registered email address with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.

What gets deleted:

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone)
  • Your booking history
  • Your messages
  • Your sitter profile (if applicable) including ID verification documents
  • Your saved pet profiles

What may be retained:

  • Transaction records required for tax/legal compliance (retained for 7 years per US law)
  • Anonymized analytics data
Note: We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation once completed.
